NOTE!!! The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the location of the snow curtains. In the event of circumstances beyond the Ordering Party's control (e.g., lack of consent from the property owners where the snow curtains are located), the Ordering Party will indicate an alternative location for the curtains. b) Removing the 9,275 m of snow curtains and dismantling the posts in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the snow curtain location, and transporting them to the Road District storage yard in Hrubieszów, along with depositing them in a location designated by the responsible person, along with a qualitative and quantitative settlement. 2) for task no. 2: a) Retrieve 15,700 m of snow netting and 6,800 piles from the Tyszowce Road District storage yard, position it in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the attached snow curtain location (constituting annexes to the contract) in a manner ensuring adequate quality. NOTE!!! The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the location of the snow curtains. In the event of circumstances beyond the Ordering Party's control (e.g., lack of consent of the property owners where the snow curtains are located), the Ordering Party will indicate an alternative location for the curtains. b) Remove the 15,700 m of snow curtains and dismantle the piles in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the snow curtain location, and transport it to the Tyszowce Road District storage yard, deposit it in a location designated by the responsible person, along with qualitative and quantitative settlement. The services must be performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the snow guard locations, ensuring appropriate quality. To complete the order, the Ordering Party will provide plastic snow guard netting and wooden pegs, assembled within the Road District in Hrubieszów (Hrubieszów ul. Nowa 22) for Task No. 1, and assembled within the Road District in Tyszowce (Tyszowce ul. Wielka 103) for Task No. 2. The Contractor will provide all necessary materials.Transportation, equipment, and personnel necessary to complete the contract. The Contractor is solely responsible for any damage caused during the contract and agrees to cover all costs in full, including those related to any damage to underground infrastructure.
