The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to winter maintenance of sidewalks (pedestrian routes), pedestrian and bicycle paths, bicycle paths, access to pedestrian crossings, access to bus stops, refuge islands, and bus stop platforms – on the area specified in the attachment "Location of snow removal and winter slipperiness removal areas on sidewalks in the winter season: 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029". 3. In the event of a downgrade or transfer of any of the above sections to another road manager, the Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the implementation of a particular Task. In such a case, the Contractor has no right to make financial claims against this Area. 4. Period of work The maximum number of days of winter sidewalk maintenance, snow removal and combating winter slipperiness (sprinkling with material) in each season is: a) 30 days – for task no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 - at the earliest from the date of signing the contract in 2026 and from October 25 in 2027, 2028 - at the latest by April 10, 2027/2028/2029 b) 20 days – for task no. 6 - at the earliest from the date of signing the contract in 2026 and from October 25 in 2027, 2028 - at the latest by April 10, 2027/2028/2029 c) 10 days – for task no. 5 - at the earliest from the date of signing the contract in 2026 and from October 25 in 2027, 2028 - no later than April 10, 2027/2028/2029. 5. Post-winter cleaning After the end of each of the three winter seasons covered by the task, the Contractor will – at its own expense – clean up any remaining material (i.e. remaining sand) resulting from gritting on the maintained sidewalk surface (in places according to the scope of works). The Contractor will dispose of the cleaned up material itself. 6. The detailed scope of services, the Contractor's obligations, implementation conditions and requirements for equipment and materials are included in the Technical Specifications for Winter Pavement Maintenance Services and the description of the subject of the contract. 7. The Ordering Party – depending on weather conditions – reserves the right to reduce the scope of services by reducing the number of days for their implementation. 8. The minimum remuneration of the Contractor resulting from the reduced scope of services will be no less than 5% of the maximum remuneration for one season for each winter season. 9.The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial tenders. A tender may be submitted for one or more tasks. 10.
