Realization of organic and paid actions promoting European Funds (FE) and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP) in social media as well as cooperation with internet creators

The Ministerstwo Funduszy i Polityki Regionalnej in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of organic and paid promotional activities for the European Funds (FE) and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP) in social media, as well as cooperation with online creators. 2. The Order Description (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Order Description (OPZ). The contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous will be awarded a contract under the terms specified in the PPU. The tenderer reserves the right to introduce changes to the awarded contract, based on Article 455 of the law, in the manner and under the conditions detailed in the PPU. 3. The tenderer reserves the right to award the order referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the law. The estimated value of the supplementary order is: 280,000 zł gross. The scope of the supplementary order will be identical to the main order subject and may include increased intensity of promotional activities, additional thematic campaigns, or expanded cooperation with online creators in case of new communication needs related to FE and NRP. 4. The tenderer does not plan to require the contractor to conduct a local vision and verify the necessary documents for the implementation of the order referred to in Article 131(2) of the law. 5. The remuneration is co-financed by European Union funds through the European Regional Development Fund within the Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 and the state budget, as well as by the Regional Development Fund. 6. The tenderer does not require a performance bond. 7. The tenderer reserves the right to first conduct evaluations and assessments of offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the absence of disqualifying grounds and compliance with the participation conditions. 8. The task will be completed within 24 months from the date of contract signing or until the completion of the amount allocated for the task implementation, as specified in § 10(1) PPU, whichever occurs first. The tenderer reserves the right to extend the contract term by six months.
