Tender Summary
The St. Jadwiga the Queen Provincial Clinical Hospital in Rzeszów in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the investment project entitled "Reconstruction and improvement of the functionality of the kitchen complex in order to meet sanitary requirements and the HACCP system, along with the change and optimization of the technological process of meal preparation" – stage 1 temporary kitchen." 2. The investment is the first stage of the investment project entitled: "Reconstruction and improvement of the functionality of the kitchen complex in order to meet sanitary requirements and the HACCP system, along with the change and optimization of the technological process of meal preparation" and includes the reconstruction and change of use of the existing hospital laundry (building "P") for the purposes of a temporary hospital kitchen. The reconstruction of the existing main kitchen building will be the subject of a separate procedure. 3. According to the Ordering Partys assumptions, for the duration of the reconstruction of the main hospital kitchen, it is necessary to create a temporary kitchen, which has been designated for implementation in the existing laundry building (building "P"). In the detached building "P", located on the premises of the St. Jadwiga Królowej in Rzeszów housed a hospital laundry. Currently, some of the rooms are used as a mop laundry and linen storage. The project will require the adaptation (change of function) of a portion of the building to serve as a temporary kitchen and the relocation of the existing mop laundry facilities. The work will include creating a new functional layout, renovating the buildings interior with new installations, creating fire-rated sections of the existing basement stairwells, and implementing fire-rated conditions for the affected area. The proposed portion of the facility will incorporate a functional layout, agreed upon with the Investor and consistent with the needs of the hospitals employees and patients. 4.
