Reconstruction of the athletics stadium on Sulechowska Street in Zielona Góra

The City of Zielona Góra - Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The Ordering Party hereby informs that the investment referred to in point 3.1 of the Technical Specifications will be implemented using the design and build formula, therefore the scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) preparation of design documentation, including pre-design work, obtaining the required decisions, agreements, opinions, and permits; 2) organization of the construction site, provision of all services and supplies, execution of construction works based on the developed design documentation, including obtaining the required decisions, agreements, opinions, and permits for the execution and acceptance of the Works, and handing over the facility for use in accordance with its intended purpose, the Ordering Party's requirements, the Agreement, and applicable regulations. 2. The athletics stadium is to be a facility that meets the requirements set by the Polish Athletics Association (PZLA) for Category III facilities. After the Investment Project is completed, the facility is to hold a PZLA Certificate (currently, the facility does not have a PZLA certificate). The football pitch with a natural surface located inside the Stadium (Main Arena) is to meet the PZPN Requirements for Second League clubs, with the elements specified in this FUP required by the PZPN regulations for First League clubs; the facility is to hold a PZPN license for the Second League (currently, the facility is licensed to host Third League matches). It was assumed that the infrastructure elements of the football pitch specified in the FUP can be adapted (in a separate investment project) to the requirements specified by the PZPN Regulations for First League clubs. The Contractor will be obligated to meet all requirements that will allow the Ordering Party to make such adaptation without the need for subsequent demolition, dismantling, or reconstruction of the Stadium's buildings – this scope will be subject to special verification by the Ordering Party. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix I.2 ​​to the Specification of Technical Specifications and in the documents referred to in point 3.5 of the Specification of Technical Specifications. 4. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Functional-Utility Program (FUP) and the annexes contained in Annex I.5 to the SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party hereby informs that this task has been awarded funding from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism under the Investment Program of Special Importance for Sport – 2025 Edition.
