The subject of the contract is construction works for the reconstruction of the parking lot at 11 Listopada Street by unsealing the road and parking surface along with greenery development as part of the project Development of green and blue infrastructure in the City of Słupsk, stage I, co-financed by the Cohesion Fund under the European Funds for Infrastructure Climate and Environment 2021-2027 programme. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) construction of a maneuvering road surface made of eco-paving blocks with crushed stone filling on the substructure, 2) construction of parking spaces made of precast MEBA concrete slabs filled with humus and seeded with grass with designated parking spaces on the substructure, 3) construction of parking spaces for disabled people made of non-phase concrete blocks on the substructure, 4) construction of exits made of non-phase concrete blocks on the substructure, 5) construction of pedestrian accesses made of concrete paving blocks on the substructure, 6) installation of vertical and horizontal markings, 7) installation of split protective pipes on telecommunication and power cables, 8) installation of small-scale architecture: a bench and a waste bin, 9) construction of three rain gardens with emergency overflows, 10) construction of lawns on a flat area, 11) planting of trees, shrubs, perennials and ornamental grasses in the area of ​​ornamental flowerbeds. and within the rain gardens, 12) mulching plants with bark on ornamental flowerbeds and with aggregate within the rain gardens, 13) dismantling existing wells, sewage wells and pipelines to the extent specified in the design documentation, 14) construction of a storm sewer system, 15) construction of linear drainage, 16) construction of drainage at the bottom of the rain gardens, 17) reconstruction of the existing heating chamber, 18) deactivation of the inactive heating chamber, 19) adjustment of fittings. 3. The Ordering Party hereby informs that the following change has been made to the construction design: The replacement of the existing subgrade with non-swelling soil, included in the design documentation, has been changed to: Ground reinforcement using a separation and reinforcement geotextile filled with mixed-grain sand, which was included in the attached bill of quantities under item no. 20. Therefore, the indicated reinforcement, which was included in the bill of quantities attached to the procedure as an auxiliary document, should be included in the valuation. 4. Additionally, the subject of the contract includes, among others, the following activities: 1) development of a traffic management plan for the duration of the works, along with obtaining the required opinions and approvals, and its implementation for the duration of the works. The COR project should enable access to the District Clinic of the SPMZOZ in Słupsk throughout the entire investment implementation period, 2) preparation of a post-construction geodetic inventory, 3) preparation of post-construction documentation, including a list of the length and area of ​​the constructed and rebuilt individual elements of the road infrastructure,4) performing all other accompanying works necessary to implement the subject of the contract, in particular those specified in the design documentation, industry agreements, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and in the bills of quantities; 5) constructing and installing a 120 x 90 cm information board on the day construction works commence, informing about the co-financing of the investment in question, in a publicly accessible and clearly visible place indicated by the Ordering Party. The construction contractor is responsible for maintaining it in proper condition throughout the investment implementation period. The design of the board should be compliant with the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 program, editable digital files of which are available on the website of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy - FEnIKS program: https://feniks.gov.pl/promocja-programu-feniks/. The content of the information board and the exact location of its installation must be agreed with the Ordering Party prior to implementation. A design of the information board constitutes Appendix No. 13 to the Technical Specifications. 5. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in accordance with Art. 103 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law by means of design documentation, bill of quantities and STWiORB, which constitute annexes to the SWZ. with tender notice no. 703714-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
