The guaranteed scope of the contract includes: a) as part of eligible funds: insulation of external walls; insulation of ventilated flat roof; insulation of solid flat roof; insulation of external walls at ground level; installation of damp proofing; dismantling of existing window and door joinery; installation of new window and door joinery, in accordance with the audit guidelines, using the “warm installation” system; installation of window opening sensors; construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery; installation of a ventilation unit on the roof; construction of a BMS system; reconstruction of the central heating boiler room – dismantling of old boilers together with the boiler room installation and installation of new condensing boilers fuelled by natural gas together with accessories and a flue gas discharge system; construction of a new central heating system using insulated pipes together with the installation of new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves; dismantling of existing air-conditioning components (external and internal units, wiring); installation of the air-conditioning system; installation of an external unit on the roof; modernisation of lighting, including replacing fixtures with LED fixtures and replacing wiring; installation of a photovoltaic installation; installation of a new roof covering (asphalt felt); accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to the original state); external works related to the subject of the works (dismantling, demolition, reassembly); installation and reconstruction of the lightning protection system; demolition of the chimney; reinforced concrete structure and reconstruction of the retaining wall; installation of stainless steel balustrades; installation of gutters and downpipes; installation of ventilation grilles. b) under non-eligible measures: installation of roof safety devices. with tender notice no. 679315-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
