The Izba Administracji Skarbowej w Rzeszowie in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for The subject of the contract is construction works related to the reconstruction of the office building of the Tax Office in Lubaczów at 6 Jana III Sobieskiego Street. The investment task being implemented includes: reconstruction of the existing building at 6 Jana III Sobieskiego Street in Lubaczów within the scope of works covered by building permit decision No. 242/2024 of 04/07/2024, in accordance with documentation prepared by Karol Bulanda, MSc, Eng, Arch. The subject of the Agreement includes within eligible funds: 1) guaranteed scope: a) insulation of external walls; b) insulation of the first floor ceiling; c) reconstruction of the external partitions and ceilings of the building due to the planned mechanical ventilation system – making penetrations for the mechanical ventilation system ducts; d) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building with a capacity of 21.8 kWp; e) construction (installation) of a mechanical ventilation system with a control unit located on the roof of the building; f) construction (installation) of an air-conditioning system, including two outdoor units on the roof of the building; g) construction (installation) of a BMS (Building Management System) installation and management system; h) replacement of window and door joinery, in accordance with the audit guidelines, using the “warm installation” system and window opening sensors; i) reconstruction of the roof – replacement of the roof truss, covering and roofing along with finishing the roof surface with EPDM membrane; j) reconstruction of the gas boiler room – dismantling of the old boilers together with the boiler room installation and installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers and accessories; k) construction of a new central heating installation using insulated pipes together with the installation of new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves; l) renovation of the hot water system and installation of a cylinder in the boiler room together with control fittings; m) dismantling of existing air-conditioning components (external and internal units, wiring); n) renovation of internal and external lighting, including replacing fixtures with LED fixtures, and replacing the wiring; o) accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to the original state); p) steel structures for suspended ceilings and stairs to the archive; q) replacement of carpets in the rooms indicated in the documentation r) sheet metal work and other construction works (including sheet metal flashing of chimneys, blinding of ventilation ducts, delivery and installation of nesting boxes; s) demolition and reconstruction works (including dismantling and reassembly of: flag holders, signs and markings, balustrades and barriers); t) installation of nesting boxes; u) lightning protection system; v) hydrant installation. 2) the order is carried out within the scope of the right of option: a) right of option I: construction and assembly works consisting in the delivery and installation of internal window sills and the fabrication and installation of new window grilles inside the server room; b) right of option II: construction and assembly works consisting in the installation of suspended aluminum raster ceilings on a metal grid; c) option right III: construction finishing works, including:plaster additions, priming, plastering and painting of entire rooms. with tender notice no. 701951-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
