Removal and management of waste including hazardous waste

The Miasto Gliwice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the complete removal and disposal of all waste abandoned in the hall at 11 Dojazdowa Street in Gliwice plot number 64 2 Nowe Gliwice district The task involves the proper removal including loading and transport and disposal of the waste subject to the contract in compliance with applicable legal regulations and in an environmentally safe manner in a facility or facilities for the D-10 process on-counter thermal treatment with capacities that ensure the disposal of this waste within the specified timeframe The task must be performed in accordance with applicable waste management regulations The estimated mass of waste to be removed and disposed of is 1500 Mg The contractor will be paid for the actual amount of waste removed and disposed of in the D-10 process The contracting authority will provide contractors interested in this contract with an on-site inspection of the hall at 11 Dojazdowa Street in Gliwice The site visit with the participation of the Contractors will take place on August 27 2026 at 10 00 AM Any Contractor interested in participating in the site visit should notify the Ordering Party of their intention to participate in writing by 12 00 PM on the day preceding the aforementioned date at the following email address sr um gliwice pl On the scheduled site visit date the Ordering Party s representative will allow the Contractors access to the property at 11 Dojazdowa Street in Gliwice The Ordering Party s representative will not provide any information or answer any questions to the Contractors participating in the site visit The Contractor may express any doubts regarding the subject matter of the contract in a request for clarification of the specification SWZ The Contractor participating in the site visit assumes full responsibility for ensuring the health and safety of the persons conducting the site visit on behalf of the Contractor Please also note that during the site visit the Contractor will not be able to collect waste samples The Ordering Party hereby informs that submitting a bid without conducting the site visit referred to above will not result in rejection of the bid under Art 226 sec 1 item 18 of the Public Procurement Act A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No 7 to the Technical Specifications The additional scope of the order option includes removal from the hall transport and disposal of a maximum of 75 Mg of waste in the D10 process The Ordering Party anticipates exercising the option right if the basic order is completed in 100 and there is still waste remaining in the hall The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option under Art 441 sec 1 of the Public Procurement Act The subject of the order under the option right is the performance of a service with the same scope as in the basic order The Ordering Party reserves the right to perform part of the order under the option right is an entitlement not an obligation of the Ordering Party The Ordering Party may not exercise the option right or exercise it to a lesser extent The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right during the term of the contract If the Ordering Party exercises the option right the Contractor is obligated to exercise it under the terms specified in the contract The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor in writing of the exercise of the option right at least 7 days in advance with tender notice no. 667516-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
