The Ordering Party does not intend to conduct an electronic auction referred to in art. 227-238 of the Public Procurement Act. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers within the meaning of art. 92 item 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Each Contractor has the right to submit a tender for one or more parts of this procedure, described in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. 8. The Ordering Party does not envisage concluding a framework agreement referred to in Art. 311–315 of the Public Procurement Law. 9. The Ordering Party does not envisage the reimbursement of participation costs in the procedure. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to tenders. 11. The Ordering Party may cancel the contract award procedure if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it, and the possibility of canceling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice. 12. The Ordering Party hereby informs that, acting under Art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, it has decided not to impose on the Contractor or subcontractor the requirement to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract in question under an employment contract. The subject of the contract is specialized technical assistance and support services from the manufacturer and authorized partners for the Ordering Party's hardware and software environment. An analysis of the nature of the activities to be performed under this contract indicates that they do not constitute an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Labor Code Act of 26 June 1974. with tender notice no. 680600-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
