Renovation and furnishing of rooms in the Collegium Maius building

The Uniwersytet Opolski in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for I. The subject of the contract is: Renovation and furnishing of rooms in the Collegium Maius building, divided into lots: - part No. 1: Renovation and furnishing of room 310 (Speech Therapy Workshop) Institute of Linguistics - Collegium Maius, - part No. 2: Renovation and furnishing of rooms 316 and 320 - Collegium Maius. The description of the subject of the contract with respect to part No. 1 constitutes Appendix No. 1.1. to the Specifications of Terms of Reference, and with respect to part No. 2 – Appendix No. 1.2. to the Specifications of Terms of Reference. II. Other information: 1. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, in accordance with the scope specified in Chapter I, item 3 of the Specifications of Terms of Reference. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 3. The Ordering Party requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 of the Act. The type of activities related to the performance of the contract to which the requirements of employment based on an employment relationship by the Contractor or Subcontractor apply: - general construction works. The method of verification by the Ordering Party of the employment of these persons and the Ordering Partys rights to control the Contractors compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified by the Ordering Party in the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 items 7 and 8 of the Act. 5. The Ordering Party requires a security deposit: The offer must be secured by a security deposit in the amount of: in part No. 1: five hundred 00/100 [500.00] PLN, in part No. 2: one thousand 00/100 [1,000.00] PLN. The deadline for payment and the form of the security deposit are described in detail in point 14 Chapter I of the Technical Specifications. 6. The deadline for completing the subject of the order is 75 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The deadline for completing the subject of the order indicated above is the maximum deadline for completing the subject of the order. The Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for completing the subject of the order in the offer, but not shorter than sixty [60] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 7. Warranty: The Contractor provides a sixty [60] month warranty for the completed construction works. 8. The Ordering Party requires a performance bond in the amount of 5% of the total price specified in the offer, which serves to cover claims for non-performance or improper performance of the contract. No later than on the date of handover of the construction site, the Contractor,The contractor awarded the contract will be required to provide the Ordering Party with civil liability insurance – a civil liability insurance policy covering the business activity conducted, along with confirmation of payment related to the performance of the contract, for an amount of no less than PLN 50,000. NOTE: The insurance contract cannot exceed PLN 2,000 for the deductible and PLN 2,000 for the integral franchise.
