The Contractor undertakes to: 1) With respect to Lot No. 1: a) deliver and rent sanitary containers in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the SWZ); b) service (clean) sanitary containers in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the SWZ); c) equip containers with products in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the SWZ); d) supply water and collect sewage from sanitary containers and containers owned by the Ordering Party in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5A to the SWZ). 2) With respect to lot No. 2: a) delivery and rental of sanitary cabins and portable washbasins in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5B to the SWZ); b) servicing sanitary cabins, portable washbasins, and sanitary cabins owned by the Ordering Party in accordance with the OPZ (Appendix 5B to the SWZ); c) equipping sanitary cabins with products compliant with the OPZ (Appendix No. 5B to the SWZ). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 5A to the SWZ and/or Appendix No. 5B to the SWZ – depending on the lot for which the Contractor will be applying. 5. Detailed quantity specifications are specified in: 1) Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ – regarding lot No. 1, 2) Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ – regarding lot No. 2, – depending on the lots for which the Contractor will be applying. These appendices also constitute bid price calculation forms. 6. The draft provisions of the contract, depending on the part for which the Contractor will apply (Appendix No. 4A to the Technical Specifications and/or Appendix No. 4B to the Technical Specifications), constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract. with tender notice no. 672195-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026. 1. The subject of the order is the rental and service of sanitary containers, sanitary cabins, and portable washbasins (order divided into 2 lots). 2. The subject of the order is divided into the following 2 lots: 1) Lot No. 1: rental and service of sanitary containers and service of the Ordering Party’s containers; 2) Lot No. 2: rental and service of sanitary cabins with washbasins, portable washbasins, and service of the Ordering Party’s cabins; 3.
