The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: - renovation of the A1 motorway together with the "Pyrzowice" junction - road works together with accompanying works, - reconstruction and renovation of the storm sewer system, - renovation of the culvert (JNI 35006050), - renovation of the culvert (JNI 35006051), - renovation of the culvert (JNI 35005805), - renovation of the culvert (JNI 35005827), - renovation of the WD-416 viaduct over the A1 motorway together with access roads (JNI 35003125), - renovation of the WD-416 viaduct over the A1 motorway together with access roads (JNI 35003126), - renovation of the WD-417 viaduct over the A1 motorway along the DK78 route together with access roads (JNI 35001474), - construction of street lighting together with additional lighting of pedestrian crossings pedestrians, - works related to the introduction of permanent traffic organization, including: execution of horizontal markings, execution and installation of vertical markings, execution and installation of road safety devices. The contract will be performed on the basis of the Conditions of Contract for construction for construction and engineering works designed by the Employer. Association of Engineers, Advisors and Appraisers SIDiR, 1st Polish Edition 2019. Translation of the second English edition of FIDIC 2017 (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) [ISBN 978-2-88432-084-9] together with erratum 1 (issue of amendments: December 2018, June 2019, November 2022) and erratum 2.
