Revitalization and adaptation of the palace complex and defensive complex in Bieżuń for museum, cultural and scientific purposes - preparation of design documentation along with accompanying services

The Muzeum Wsi Mazowieckiej w Sierpcu in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is a service regarding the preparation of Documentation based on the selected competition entry to the extent necessary to implement the Investment and resulting from the presented competition concept, obtaining and developing pre-design materials (including maps for design purposes, geotechnical documentation), interior design, acting as an expert for the subject of the contract in each public procurement procedure for construction works in order to execute the Investment and performing authorial supervision, as well as providing other services related to the preparation and implementation of the Investment. The procedure for the award of this public procurement contract with a value exceeding the EU thresholds referred to in Art. 3 of the Act was conducted as a result of a competition called "Two-stage architectural competition for the development of a concept for the revitalization and adaptation of the palace complex and defensive complex in Bieżuń for museum, cultural and scientific purposes" - SARP Competition No. 1044 July 2023. (Competition website: https://konkurs-biezun.sarp.warszawa.pl), under a single-source procurement procedure pursuant to art. 214 sec. 1 item 4 of the Act for the task entitled "Revitalization and adaptation of the palace complex and defensive complex in Bieżuń for museum, cultural, and scientific purposes - preparation of design documentation together with associated services" - Procedure reference number: DzAI 281.01.24. A single-source procurement procedure is a contract award procedure in which the Contracting Authority awards a contract after negotiations with only one Contractor. For the single-source procedure to be applicable, a functional link between the Competition (competition entry) and the final form and performance of the contract is necessary. With the above in mind, the Contracting Authority, applying art. 214 sec. 1 item 4 of the Act, invites the winning entity to negotiations in order to determine the terms of service performance based on the selected competition entry (art. 326 item 2 of the Act). In accordance with the Approval of the results of stage II of the Competition of December 12, 2023, the prize in the form of an invitation to negotiations under a single-source procurement procedure for the provision of a service based on the selected competition entry was awarded to the Competition Participants jointly participating in the Competition: 1) topoScape sp. z o. o., ul.
