The detailed scope of the contract is included in the bill of quantities and bid cost estimates attached to the SWZ for each task. 4. The Contractor is obligated to ensure safe traffic conditions for vehicles and pedestrians in the area of the work covered by the contract, based on the traffic management plan (for the duration of the work) approved by the Regional Road Traffic Manager, submitted to the Contractor. Employees should wear safety vests, and equipment should be equipped with orange flashing warning lights. Services should be performed in accordance with applicable environmental protection regulations in a manner that guarantees appropriate quality. 5. Before submitting a tender, it is advisable for the contractor to familiarize themselves with the site where the services are to be provided in order to assess the factual circumstances, documents, and information regarding this procedure, in particular the locations where felling is to be performed. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to inspect the correct marking of the service being performed, in accordance with the traffic management plan referred to in paragraph 5. 7. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel required to perform the contract. 8. The detailed scope of services is included in the attached Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications. 9. The Contractor undertakes to conclude appropriate civil liability insurance agreements for the duration of the contract, at its own expense. 10. The insurance covers contractual and tortious civil liability for damages and the consequences of accidents involving employees and third parties, arising in connection with the services provided – the required insurance sum must not be less than PLN 50,000 per event. 11.The Contractor shall submit copies of insurance policies or documents, certified as true copies, to the Contracting Authority for review no later than the date of handover of the contract performance site, and thereafter upon each request of the Contracting Authority. Any delay in this respect will be treated as arising from reasons within the Contractor's control and cannot constitute grounds for changing the contract completion date. 12. Pursuant to Article 95, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires that the contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment contract, persons performing the following activities: transport equipment drivers, equipment operators, and road cleaners within the scope of contract performance. 13. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial bids in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract. 14. The contracting authority may cancel the contract award procedure if funds for financing the contract are not allocated. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not allocated, and the possibility of canceling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract announcement. with tender notice no. 678375-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
