The Powiat Kraśnicki in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order covers the execution of four pedestrian-bicycle road sections: • Section I – county road no. 2737L in the municipalities of Słodków Pierwszy, Słodków Drugi, Słodków Trzeci in the gmina Kraśnik: 1) Location: municipalities Słodków Pierwszy, Słodków Drugi and Słodków Trzeci, gmina Kraśnik, county Kraśnicki, voivodeship Lubelskie; cadastral parcels 0012 Słodków I, 0013 Słodków II, 0014 Słodków III, cadastral unit 060705_2 2) Length: from km 0+000 to km 3+856,72 (work length) 3) Section length: 3 856,72 m, including a pedestrian and bicycle road 3.0 m wide with a length of 2 716,72 m and a bicycle road 2.5–3.0 m wide with a length of 1 140 m • Section II – county road no. 2737L in the municipality of Szastarka in the gmina Szastarka: 1) Location: municipality Szastarka, gmina Szastarka, county Kraśnicki, voivodeship Lubelskie; cadastral parcel 0014 Szastarka, cadastral unit 060706_2 2) Length: from km 5+085 to km 6+912,59 (work length – continuation of DP 2737L) 3) Section length: 1 827,59 m • Section III – county road no. 2739L in the municipalities of Brzozówka and Brzozówka Kolonia in the gmina Szastarka: 1) Location: municipalities Brzozówka and Brzozówka Kolonia, gmina Szastarka, county Kraśnicki, voivodeship Lubelskie; cadastral parcels 0003 Brzozówka and 0004 Brzozówka Kolonia, cadastral unit 060706_2 2) Length: from km 0+841,47 to km 1+339,05 (work length) 3) Section length: 497,58 m • Section IV – county road no. 2740L in the municipalities of Brzozówka, Moczydła Stare, Majdan – Obleszcze in the gmina Szastarka: 1) Location: municipalities Brzozówka, Moczydła Stare and Majdan-Obleszcze, gmina Szastarka, county Kraśnicki, voivodeship Lubelskie; cadastral parcels 0003 Brzozówka, 0007 Majdan Obleszcze, 0008 Moczydła Stare, cadastral unit 060706_2 2) Length: from km 1+995,97 to km 4+681,66 (work length) 3) Section length: 2 685,69 m NOTE – The tenderer does not allow partial tenders. In light of the above, the contractor submitting a tender in this procedure is obliged to submit a tender for four tasks. If the contractor does not submit a tender for four tasks, the tenderer will reject the tender based on Article 226, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Act. 2. The order is carried out within the framework of a project co-financed by European Union funds 3. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes the project documentation constituting Annexes 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d to the SWZ published on the website https://powiatkrasnicki.ezamawiajacy.pl 4. The subject of the order should be carried out by persons possessing the appropriate qualifications and experience to perform independent technical functions in construction. 5. If the description of the subject of the order includes a note resulting from KNR or KNNR indicating the necessity of using specific equipment with specific parameters during the execution of the order, the tenderer allows the use of other equipment, provided that it ensures the achievement of the project parameters and does not cause a risk of inconsistency with the technical documentation. 6. The execution of the subject of the order should be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994 on Building Law (Dz. U. from 2026 r. no. 524, with subsequent amendments) together with the implementing regulations, by the contractor possessing the appropriate experience, execution capacity, and personnel with the necessary experience and qualifications. 7. The materials used by the contractor should comply with the quality standards, product requirements for circulation and use in construction, specified in Article 10 of the Act of July 7, 1994 on Building Law. 8. The execution of the subject of the order and delivery for use must also comply with all legally relevant acts, technical and building regulations, Polish standards, guidelines, and technical knowledge principles. Main aspects of the procedure: The public order is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender as referred to in Article 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 on Public Procurement (Dz. U. from 2026 r. no. 793), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act (Pzp). The tender procedure excludes contractors who fall under any of the circumstances specified in Article 108, paragraph 1, Article 108, paragraph 2, Article 109, paragraph 1, point 4, 8 and 10, the Public Procurement Act, Article 7 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the context of countering aggression against Ukraine and safeguarding national security (Dz. U. from 2025 r. no. 514), Article 5k of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of July 31, 2014, with subsequent amendments, concerning measures to limit actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine by Russia. The contractor is not excluded from the tender procedure in cases specified in Article 108, paragraph 1, points 1, 2, 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act or Article 109, paragraph 1, points 4, 8, 10 of the Public Procurement Act, if the contractor proves to the tenderer that they have fulfilled all the prerequisites specified in Article 110, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
