Task No. 11: Sale and delivery of a server for the Faculty of Fine Arts. Task No. 12: Sale and delivery of a multifunction device for the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences (Department of Agricultural Processing and Commodity Science). Task No. 13: Sale and delivery of WiFi access points for the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences 2. A detailed description and the method of order execution are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DOS), which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority anticipates the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 4. In accordance with art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. 6. The Ordering Party does not require a performance security. 7. In accordance with art. 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "GDPR", I hereby inform you that: — the controller of your personal data is: University of Rzeszów; 35-959 Rzeszów, al.
