The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of brand new, unused computer equipment for organizational units of the University of Rzeszów. The order has been divided into 5 lots (5 tasks): Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of an interactive monitor, a laptop computer and an interactive information board as part of the MedLit project for the Office for Collegium Medicum. Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of a laptop computer for the Faculty of Law and Administration. Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of a multifunctional device for the Faculty of Law and Administration. Task No. 4: Sale and delivery of a multifunctional device for the Faculty of Biology, Nature Conservation and Sustainable Development. Task No. 5: Sale and delivery of a multifunctional device for the Faculty of Technology and Life Sciences (Department of General Food Technology and Human Nutrition). 2. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DOS), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. 3. The Ordering Party envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Pursuant to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a deposit. 6. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a security for the proper performance of the contract. 7.
