Sale and delivery of microscopes with cameras for the Faculty of Biotechnology

Tender Summary

The Uniwersytet Rzeszowski in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of microscopes with a camera for the Faculty of Biotechnology. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: The subject of the contract constitutes a functional whole; dividing the contract into lots would result in excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of performing the contract; furthermore, the lack of division is justified by organizational reasons; any division of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract, and the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors performing individual parts of the contract could jeopardize the proper and timely performance of the contract. Furthermore, failure to divide the contract into lots does not prejudice competition by limiting the possibility of bidding for them. 2. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (DOC), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the ToR. 3. The Ordering Party intends to apply the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139, section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a deposit. 6. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a security for the proper performance of the contract. 7. In accordance with art. 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "GDPR", I hereby inform you that: — the controller of your personal data is: University of Rzeszów; 35-959 Rzeszów, al.
