The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service – sale and supply of heat to the Ordering Party’s buildings, owned by the Capital City of Warsaw in the Mokotów District, administered by the Real Estate Management Plant in the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw for six Districts: DOM "Służewiec", DOM "Wierzbno", DOM "Wiśniowa", DOM "Madalińskiego", DOM "Konduktorska", DOM "Polkowska". 2. Heat will be supplied via a heat carrier – hot water, via a district heating network. The water temperature will be indicated in the district heating water regulation table. The table should be an annex to the agreement, and any change in the values ​​contained in the table will not constitute an amendment to the agreement. 3. The sale of thermal energy will take place via the distribution network belonging to the heat distributor. 4. The Contractor must declare that it has the permits required by law related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including the use of the distribution network for the proper performance of the agreement. 5. The Contractor must commit to the Ordering Party to sell and supply heat via the district heating network belonging to the Contractor's enterprise, in the quantity resulting from the thermal power ordered by the Ordering Party, under the terms and conditions specified in the agreement. 6. If the Ordering Party submits written objections to the readings of the measuring system, the Contractor undertakes to: - check it within a maximum period of 4 working days (this is a criterion for the evaluation of offers) at the place of its installation, 7.
