Billing for the supply of electricity will be based on the actual amounts of electricity consumed in accordance with the unit prices specified in the Bid Form submitted by the Contractor. The Ordering Party hereby informs that it will grant the Contractor all powers of attorney and provide the Contractor with the necessary information and documents after selecting the best offer or concluding the contract, in each case if this is necessary for the proper performance of the public procurement contract. It will also be used to carry out any actions necessary to change the electricity supplier. Electricity should be supplied 24 hours a day to the consumption point. 1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the needs of the Tarnowskie Góry Sports and Recreation Centre Spółka z o.o. in Tarnowskie Góry, ul.
