The Gostyń Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix 1 to the ToR. 1. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce a timetable other than the agreed one for specific days, after prior notice to the Contractor. 2. Settlements will be made monthly on the basis of a VAT invoice issued by the Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to deviate from the provided transport schedule due to changes in class schedules, number of children, school closures, changes in the organization of the school year, making up days off, etc. 4. The service will be provided on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, holidays and other public holidays, as well as breaks in teaching and educational activities (winter and summer holidays, spring and winter holiday breaks), determined on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of August 11, 2017 on the organization of the school year (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211). 5. In the event of a change in the schedule of classes involving making up classes from a day falling between two public holidays or the Friday immediately following a public holiday on Saturday, the carrier will be notified by the Ordering Party, through the principal of the relevant institution, of the change in the transportation schedule. 6. Each transported student must be provided with a seat. 7. The Contractor will provide supervision of students during the transportation to and from schools. The bus driver cannot be the supervisor. The supervisors responsibilities include, in particular: supervising the proper behavior of children and youth in vehicles, opening doors after ensuring that they will not pose a threat to traffic safety or obstruct traffic, getting children and youth into and out of the vehicle, guiding children and youth across the road, and providing all necessary assistance to transported students to ensure their safety during the journey. 8. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons, i.e. drivers, who will transport children and students from educational institutions by bus on the routes specified in Appendix 1 to the SWZ, on all school days. 9. The Contractor shall verify the employees supervising students during transportation to school pursuant to Art. 21 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors (consolidated text of 2026, Journal of Laws, item 110, as amended). with tender notice no. 694131-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
