Security, supervision, and monitoring services for facilities and outdoor areas of the University of Economics in Katowice

The Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of security, supervision and monitoring services for the facilities and external areas of the University of Economics in Katowice. 2. Description of the subject of the contract: 2.1. The scope of services constituting the subject of the contract includes: a) monitoring of the intervention group call system for the complex of buildings A, B, C, EL, R - at 1 Maja and Bogucicka Streets in Katowice, as well as on-call intervention group driveways, and providing qualified security staff; b) 24-hour security, supervision and monitoring of educational facility N, at 7 Ks. Bpa St. Adamskiego Street and 6, 6a Koszarowa Street in Katowice, service of 1 cloakroom, supervision and service of the University of Economics in Katowice parking lot located at Koszarowa Street in Katowice; c) 24-hour security, supervision and monitoring of the CNTI educational facility at 5 Bogucicka Street in Katowice, together with the parking lot and cloakroom service; d) 24-hour security, supervision and monitoring at one 24-hour guard station in Student Dormitories, at 8 and 10 Franciszkańska Street in Katowice; e) 24-hour security, supervision and monitoring at one 24-hour guard station in building F at 14a Bogucicka Street in Katowice; f) Maintenance of one cloakroom in teaching facility L of the University of Economics in Katowice, at 45 1 Maja Street in Katowice; g) supervision at one 24-hour guard station (porter’s lodge) in the building of the University of Economics in Katowice - Rybnik Branch, at 13c Rudzka Street. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for individual facilities, together with man-hour calculations, can be found in Form No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party does not consent to interference with its intrusion burglary and CCTV systems in order to connect to the Contractor’s alarm monitoring station. 5.
