The Burn Treatment Center named after Dr. Stanisław Sakiel in Siemianowice Śląskie in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Service of the warranty maintenance equipment in possession of the contracting authority of the SPECT/CT Veriton CT System CT64 produced by Spectrum Dynamics Medical Ltd., together with the associated equipment, referred to as the Equipment, which constitute the subject of the contract. In the course of implementing the subject of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to: 1. maintain the Equipment in constant functionality; 2. carry out periodic technical inspections of the Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures and applicable laws, including the Act of April 7, 2022 on Medical Devices and the Act of November 29, 2000 on Atomic Law; 3. modifications and software updates as well as hardware modifications that increase the safety of the Equipment's operation and the quality and diagnostic capabilities of the medical imaging, with the aim of ensuring the software is in the latest stable versions, and in justified cases, with the consent of the contracting authority, in beta versions; 4. perform backups of critical data in the event of disk failure or data necessary for the overall functionality of the Equipment, at a minimum after each periodic technical inspection and after any actions that have updated the Equipment's operational parameters (including the user's acquisition protocols in the NM and CT ranges); the backup medium is provided by the contracting authority; 5. purchase, delivery, and replacement of all spare parts and replacement components of the Equipment, as well as the use of other materials necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract - original or those approved by the manufacturer, in compliance with the manufacturer's standards.
