TASK NO. 1 Providing the army with portable sanitary equipment, ad hoc system TASK NO. 2 Providing the army with portable sanitary equipment, stationary system An offer can be submitted for each task The subject of the contract is a service consisting in providing the army with portable sanitary equipment, along with its service support: rental, installation, comprehensive cleaning and technical support of the equipment installed stationarily and ad hoc in the facilities administered by the 16th Military Economic Unit in Drawsko Pomorskie, which the contracting authority divided the procedure into two tasks: Task No. 1 Providing the army with portable sanitary equipment, such as: Standard toilet cabins, VIP toilet cabins, exclusive toilet containers and free-standing double washbasins, along with their comprehensive service, ordered for ad hoc installation in the facilities administered by the 16th Military Economic Unit according to the needs of: Drawsko Pomorskie Security Group Złocieniec Security Group Wałcz Security Group Wałcz/Nadarzyce Security Group Task No. 2. Provision of portable sanitary equipment such as: Standard toilet cabins, double sinks, along with their comprehensive service, ordered for installation in a stationary system in facilities administered by the 16th Military Economic Unit as needed: Drawsko Pomorskie Security Group Złocieniec Security Group Wałcz Security Group Wałcz/Nadarzyce Security Group 2. The Ordering Party is entitled to change the number of days and the number of devices, provided that the value of the entire contract cannot be increased. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ, in particular in: a) description of the subject of the order b) draft contract 4. Performance of activities related to the implementation of the service consisting in daily servicing of sanitary equipment, i.e. travel to the site of service, emptying septic tanks, removal and disposal of faeces, filling tanks in toilet cabins with liquid, constant maintenance of hygienic conditions and cleanliness, consists in the performance of work by the above-mentioned persons in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code, therefore, during the performance of the service, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor and/or Subcontractors employ all the above-mentioned employees performing the service for the entire duration of the contract under an employment contract. 5. Method of verifying the employment of these persons; During the performance of the Order, at each request of the Ordering Party, within the time specified in such request, the Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party one of the evidence indicated below to confirm that the requirement of employment under an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of the persons performing the activities indicated in paragraph 4 during the performance of the Order is met:1) A declaration by the Contractor or Subcontractor regarding the employment of individuals performing the activities covered by the Ordering Party's request under an employment contract. This declaration should include in particular: a precise identification of the entity submitting the declaration, the date of submission of the declaration, an indication that the activities covered by the request are performed by individuals employed under an employment contract, along with an indication of the number of such individuals, the type of employment contract, the scope of responsibilities and the full-time employment status, and the signature of the person authorized to submit the declaration on behalf of the Contractor or Subcontractor; 2) An anonymized copy, certified as a true copy by the Contractor or Subcontractor, of the employment contract(s) of individuals performing the activities covered by the aforementioned Contractor or Subcontractor's declaration during the execution of the Order (along with a document regulating the scope of responsibilities, if prepared). The anonymized copy of the contract(s) should include: the type of activities performed (position), the date of conclusion of the contract, the type of contract, and the full-time employment status of the employee; 3) An anonymised copy of the proof confirming that the employer has registered employees performing activities for the Ordering Party for social and health insurance. with tender notice no. 690619-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
