III. Description of the Subject Matter of the Order 1. The subject matter of the order is the collection, transport, and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste specified in the order description, generated and collected from owners of residential and uninhabited properties within the Raczki Commune and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill, and in compliance with the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Raczki Commune, the Resolution on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner.
