The URBIS Sp. z o.o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of liquid fuels (ON) by refueling vehicles (including specialized vehicles up to 4.0 m high) and PB98 / PB95 gasoline for gardening equipment and other equipment and vehicles of URBIS Sp. z o. o. in the average annual quantity of: a) Diesel oil (ON) 271,600 liters; b) PB 98 gasoline – 1,500 liters c) PB 95 gasoline – 1,300 liters Fuels sold by the Supplier under this procedure must meet quality requirements according to applicable standards in this respect, including PN-EN 590, PN-EN 228 and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended). The fuel quantities indicated above should be treated as estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to fully utilize the subject of the contract during the contract term if its actual needs are lower than the ordered fuel. In such a case, the Supplier will be entitled to remuneration based on the actual quantity of fuel. Throughout the contract period, the Supplier will guarantee continuity of supply and high quality of the supplied fuels in accordance with applicable regulations and quality standards. Fuel purchases and refueling will be based on ad hoc, cashless refueling of vehicles/containers (canisters) at the Suppliers selected station. Settlement for fuel sold will be made via VAT invoices twice a month. The first billing period will run from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second from the 16th to the last day of the month. The date of sale is considered the last day of the given billing period. Invoices are payable within 21 days of invoice receipt. The Supplier will maintain records of fuel dispensed in the form of statements. Order fulfillment terms: • The gas station is located in the city of Gniezno. • Cashless refueling • The station must have monitoring with the ability to obtain camera recordings for a period of 14 days. • Vehicles/containers (canisters) must be refueled using an electronic identification system without the involvement of station employees or using electronic fuel cards issued by the Supplier, as a cashless tool for recording the Customers transactions. • The Supplier will provide the Customer with access to the dispenser for 3 hours (1-5 times during the contract term) to calibrate the fuel probe in the vehicle tanks for the Customers internal needs (GPS), after 2 days prior notification by the Customer.• The Supplier will provide documents confirming fuel consumption (a summary in tabular form) twice a month or will provide electronic access to the Ordering Partys database. with tender notice no. 715023-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
