For information about the on-site inspection and setting its date, please contact: St. Vincent de Paul Hospital, Wincentego A Paulo in Gdynia: Mr. Piotr Kuzera, tel. +48 58 726 06 74, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. After the site visit, the Contractor will be provided with a certificate confirming that the site visit has been carried out.
