The Car Communication Company in Kalisz Sp z o o in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Subject of the order The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuel in a cashless system based on fleet cards for vehicles used by Przedsi biorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Kalisz Sp z o o Requirements for fuels and fuel stations 1 Unleaded petrol and diesel oil must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1018 and the PN-EN 228 2013-04 PN-EN 590 A1 2017-06 standards or equivalent respectively 2 The AdBlue preparation must meet the requirements of ISO 22241-1 -2 -3 -4 or equivalent standards 3 The Contractor s fuel station must meet the requirements provided for in the regulations for fuel stations in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 24 July 2023 on the technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations liquefied gas bases and stations long-distance transmission pipelines used for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1707 4 The Contractor must hold a license to trade in fuels issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law i e Journal of Laws of 2026 item 43 as amended 5 The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor s nearest fuel station be located no further than 5 km from the headquarters of PKS w Kalisz Sp z o o calculated along the access route on public roads 6 The Contractor s fuel station must have free access from and to a public road for the Ordering Party s vehicles with a length of 15m Fuel purchases 1 Fuel purchases will be made a at the Contractor s fuel station open 24 hours a day 7 days a week b directly into the fuel tanks of the Ordering Party s vehicles c successively depending on the Ordering Party s needs d via cashless settlement using fleet cards 2 Fuel and AdBlue purchases using cards must include the option for the driver of the refueled vehicle to provide its odometer reading mileage at the time of refueling 3 The Ordering Party reserves the right to refuel the same vehicle multiple times on a given day 4 The Contractor will send an electronic summary of the fuel dispensed once a day including price vehicle registration number and driver s name and surname Terms and conditions regarding fleet cards 1 The cards will be used to purchase diesel fuel unleaded gasoline and AdBlue 2 The Ordering Party does not incur any costs related to issuing and maintaining the cards 3 Fleet cards must enable the purchase of diesel fuel unleaded gasoline and AdBlue at the discount indicated in the Contractor s offer 4 The Ordering Party stipulates that the cards cannot be covered by loyalty programs Estimated order size 1 The estimated order volume is 750 m3 seven hundred fifty cubic meters of standard diesel fuel 2 The estimated order volume is 11 000 l eleven thousand liters of AdBlue 3 The estimated demand for 95-octane unleaded petrol for a company vehicle during the expected implementation period of the subject matter of the order is 95-octane unleaded petrol 1 3 m3 one and three tenths cubic meters 4 The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantities of the assortment i e the given amount of the Ordering Party s demand for fuel and AdBlue may increase or decrease but by a maximum of 20 without changing any terms of the order specified in the Specification of Technical Confirmations and declared by the Contractor in its offer 5 The specified quantities include the Ordering Party s annual demand for diesel fuel and AdBlue during the term of the contract i e from January 1 2027 until December 31 2027 with tender notice no. 664371-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
