Successive deliveries of diesel fuel for diesel engines

The Clean Blue Land Waste Management Plant Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract awarded as part of the public procurement procedure for which this procurement document has been prepared is the successive delivery of diesel fuel to a distributor located on the premises of the Waste Management Plant Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówek over a period of 12 consecutive calendar months, in quantities of up to 160,000 liters, with parameters specified in the Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A1:2011, taking into account parameters in summer and winter, depending on weather conditions. 2. Proceeding number: 1/10/2026/diesel fuel. The Ordering Party requires that the indicated procedure number be referenced in all correspondence concerning the procedure. 1. The order covers the successive deliveries of diesel fuel (also referred to as fuel in the procurement documents) for diesel engines. 2. The quantitative scope of the order covers the delivery, over a period of 12 consecutive calendar months, of from 70,000 liters (minimum quantity) to 160,000 liters (maximum quantity) of fuel, subject to the possibility of exercising the option right to increase the maximum quantity of fuel delivered by 10% compared to the upper quantitative ceiling. 3. Fuel deliveries will be made cyclically in accordance with the Ordering Partys orders, sent by e-mail to the Contractors correspondence address or by telephone. 4. The place of delivery of diesel fuel will be the waste management plant Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Czarnówko 34. Each delivery will take place during the working hours of the Waste Management Plant Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Czarnówko 34, i.e. from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 5. The Ordering Party has a SWIMER TANK 5000 fuel tank with a total capacity of 5,000 liters. 6. Delivery must be completed within a maximum of 24 hours of placing the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). 7. Each diesel fuel delivery will be between 4,000 and 5,000 liters, depending on the Ordering Partys current demand. 8. Deliveries must be made by tanker truck equipped with a certified fuel meter. The meter readings form the basis for determining the amount of fuel delivered in a given batch. 9. The fuel delivered by the Contractor must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended). 10. The Contractor: 1) is obliged to deliver diesel fuel in accordance with the current requirements of the regulations governing the method of transporting fuel, 2) is responsible for the quality of the delivered fuel and is obliged to submit, together with the delivery, a current fuel quality certificate certified by the manufacturer or a certificate from an accredited laboratory, in Polish.The certificate should be linked to the delivery or issue note by including the delivery or issue number and date. 3) The Contractor is obligated to submit – quarterly – a current quality certificate for the delivered fuel, containing all delivery parameters along with current fuel sample tests performed by an accredited laboratory. If this certificate is not provided or if tests reveal deviations from the standard, the Ordering Party may refuse to accept the delivery. 4) The Ordering Party must ensure continuity of supply for the duration of the contract and guarantee the execution of one-off deliveries within 24 hours of the Ordering Partys request, sent by mail, email, or telephone. 5) The Ordering Party will be provided with the persons authorized to contact and arrange details regarding the execution of the order, providing their contact details. 11. The Contractor is liable for any damage caused during the execution of the subject of the order. 12. Quantity deficiencies will be rectified by the Contractor no later than 24 hours after the delivery is discovered to be incomplete. 13. Detailed terms and requirements for the execution of the order are specified in the PPU, which constitutes Appendix 4 to the ToR. with tender notice no. 702199-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
