The Ordering Party envisages the possibility of changes to the provisions of the concluded contract (so-called contractual changes based on art. 455 sec. 1 item 1 of the Act) in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions contained in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. An amendment to the contract may also take place in the cases referred to in art. 455 sec. 1 items 2-4 and sec. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. 8.
