(e.g. asbestos, ashes, etc.) and dangerous for road users (metal, wire,
e.t.c.). Part II of the order - Delivery of aggregate with granulation of 4 - 31.5 mm 1. Subject:
the order is a successive delivery of aggregates made of natural raw materials such as basalt,
granite, gneiss, granodiorite or mixtures of the above-mentioned minerals with a granulation of 4-31.5
mm in accordance with EN 13242:2002 + A1:2007. 2. It is assumed that the scope of the order
will amount to 6,000 tons of aggregate, subject to point 3. 3. The amount of aggregate covered by
the scope of the order is an indicative requirement. In fact, ordered
the quantity may be reduced, but not by more than 30% of the estimated order quantity.
Due to the reduction in the quantitative scope, there will be no orders during the contract period
the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party. 4. Aggregate delivered
it must be free from defects and meet the specified parameters and technical and operational requirements
in SWZ, have a confirming Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer
compliance of the aggregate with applicable standards and physical and chemical properties, meet
applicable standards and have the appropriate certificate and do not contain harmful elements
for the environment (e.g. asbestos, ashes, etc.) and dangerous for road users
(metal, wire, etc.). Part III of the order - Delivery of aggregate with granulation of 0 - 63 mm
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of aggregate from natural raw materials
of the genus basalt, granite, gneiss, granodiorite or mixtures of the mentioned minerals
with granulation 0-63 mm in accordance with the EN 13242:2002 + A1:2007 standard. 2. It is assumed that
the scope of the order will be 1,000 tons of aggregate, subject to point 3. 3. Quantity
aggregates covered by the scope of the order are indicative requirements. In fact
the ordered quantity may be reduced, but not by more than 30% of the estimated quantity
orders. Due to a reduction in the quantitative scope of the order during the duration
contract, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party. 4. Delivered
the aggregate must be free from defects and meet technical and operational parameters and requirements
specified in the SWZ, have a Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer
confirming the compliance of the aggregate with applicable standards and physical and chemical properties,
meet applicable standards and have the appropriate certificate and do not contain any elements
harmful to the environment (e.g. asbestos, ashes, etc.) and dangerous to users

1. The contractor should have the means and technical capabilities necessary for execution
orders. 2. The subject of the order will be performed depending on
the Ordering Partys needs on the basis of successive, ad hoc and cashless deliveries
aggregates. 3. The contractor will deliver the aggregate using its own transport successively
in batches to the delivery place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Aleksandrów Commune
Łódź, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on working days (Monday to Friday), after
prior notification of the order by the Ordering Party. 4. As part of the delivery of the batch ordered
aggregates, the Contractor is obliged to load, transport and unload them
at the place of delivery. 5. The Ordering Party is entitled to inspect each of the delivered items
batch of aggregate before its collection to ensure compliance with the actual weight of the delivered aggregate
aggregates with the weight indicated in the delivered WZ document and the weight printout from the mine.
In the event of non-compliance between the declared weight and the control weighing, the Contractor
will bear the costs of such weighing. The Ordering Party may deduct these costs from the remuneration
Contractors. 6. The deadline for the Contractor to deliver aggregates is one of the criteria
