Regular deliveries for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. 3. Estimated quantity during the contract period - up to 450,000 liters (450 m3). 4. Dedicated transport provided by the Supplier. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to inspect quality assurance procedures at the supplier's plant at least once a year. 6. One-time delivery from 10 m3 to 25 m3. 7. The quantity of fuel delivered may be reduced at the sole request of the ordering party. 8. Each fuel delivery will be accompanied by a quality certificate confirming the requirements of DEF STAN 91-90, ed. 5, and subsequent updates, as well as the current price list for AVGAS 100 LL aviation gasoline. 9. Delivery time will be no longer than 7 business days. Shorter delivery time is preferred. The supplier will confirm order acceptance and delivery time on the day of ordering. Deliveries will be made on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 10. Fuel that does not meet the quality requirements will not be accepted by the ordering party. 11. Samples from the disputed fuel batch will be analyzed at the PLL LOT SA Chemical Laboratory in Warsaw. 12. If contamination is large and visible, e.g., visible solid contamination or excessive water content, the fuel batch will not be accepted and no laboratory analyses will be performed. 13. If non-compliance with the quality requirements is confirmed, the ordering party will consider the fuel batch as non-delivered. 14. The net unit price of fuel delivered to the delivery location will be determined each time based on the supplier's price list in force on the date of the order. 15. Deliveries will be made in accordance with the applicable excise tax regulations. 16.
