"Supervision of construction works for the task - Development of industrial areas in the eastern part of the city of Olsztyn"

The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, divided by sectors (parts of the contract), is described in the Specification of Terms of Reference, the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 8 to the ToR), and in the Draft Contract Provisions (Appendix No. 9 and 9A to the ToR). 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into seven lots - according to the scope of services covered by the subject of a given part of the contract. 4. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding contracts referred to in Article 214, paragraph 1, item 7 of the Act. At the Ordering Partys request, if it is necessary to extend the deadline for the execution of the construction works contract and during the construction works warranty period, provided that the necessary financial resources are available, the Ordering Party anticipates awarding contracts consisting of repeating similar services for investor supervision and coordination of works with a subject matter and level of detail consistent with the OPZ, under the terms and conditions specified in the contract template for individual sectors, as specified in detail in Chapter XXVI of the SWZ. 5.
