The subject of this contract is supervision of a social support network for orphanage educators as part of training in medical issues based on EBM (Evidence Based Medicine), for persons participating in the project "To the Rescue – DIM Staff", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development programme, planned for implementation. 2. This contract (lot 1) is part of a contract awarded in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in relation to the added lot of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1A-1B and Appendix No. 4 to the Specification of Technical Specifications. 3. The Contractor is obligated to complete the order under the terms and conditions described in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and in Appendix No. 1A-1B to the SWZ and the contract template, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. Note: Due to the organizational assumptions of the training indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the EBM-based training, constituting an appendix to the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, the Contractor shall ensure the availability of a person designated to complete a given part of the order, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Chapter VIII, point 1, sub-point 4 of the SWZ and in Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ for a given part of the order, as well as the implementation of supervision for indicated groups of participants, in the manner and on the dates indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the training, constituting an appendix to the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order. 6. Minimum guaranteed level of order completion: The Ordering Party guarantees the completion of the order at the level of: 1 hour of supervision for a given part of the order. with tender notice no. 652128-2026 published on 24 Sep 2026.
