The subject of this contract is conducting supervision of a social support network for orphanage educators as part of training in medical issues based on EBM (Evidence Based Medicine), for persons participating in the project "To the Rescue – DIM Staff", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development programme, planned for implementation. 2. This contract has been divided into lots. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in relation to individual lots constitutes Annexes No. 1A-1B and No. 2 to the Invitation. 3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in Appendix No. 1A-1B to the Invitation and in the contract template, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Invitation. 4. NOTE: Note:1) ) due to the organizational assumptions of the training indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of the training based on EBM, constituting an appendix to the Description of the subject of the order, in particular due to the fact that two groups of participants will work in parallel on the same dates, and meetings with the support network Supervisor may take place at the same time, the Contractor ensures the availability of a person designated to execute a given part of the order, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Ordering Party in chapter II point 1 sub-point 4 of the Invitation and in Annex No. 1B to the Invitation within the scope of a given part of the order and the implementation of supervision, for indicated groups of participants, in the manner and on the dates indicated in the detailed schedule of the training implementation, constituting an annex to the Description of the subject of the order.2) taking into account the above, it is not permissible to appoint the same person to execute the order within the parts (supervisions) carried out on the same days, i.e. simultaneously for two groups (group II and for group III), i.e.: - within the scope of parts 2, 3 (supervisions carried out on the same dates for both groups of participants): if the Contractor has been invited to negotiations for the execution of parts 2 and 3 of the order, i.e. within the supervisions carried out simultaneously for groups II and III, then for the implementation of part 2 he must appoint a different person than in part 3, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Ordering Party in chapter II point 1 sub-point 4 of the Invitation and in Annex No. 1B to the Invitation within the scope of a given part of the order 5. Minimum guaranteed level of order execution: The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at the level of:implementation of 1 hour of supervision for each part separately. with tender notice no. 688611-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
