The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for The subject of the contract is the provision of Services in the scope of supervision over the design, management and control, and supervision over the implementation of contracts concluded as a result of public procurement procedures, the subject of which is: "Design and construction of the S11 Piła-Poznań expressway, section Ujście – Oborniki, section I Ujście – Budzyń junction (with junction)" and "Design and construction of the S11 Piła-Poznań expressway, section Ujście – Oborniki, section II Budzyń junction (without junction) – Oborniki (Parkowo)". on the terms specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Conditions for investment tasks. The service includes the Consultant fulfilling its obligations in accordance with the Agreement, based on the General Terms and Conditions of Construction and the Technical Specifications of Construction, in particular: - supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verifying the results of control calculations in order to identify any errors, - managing, exercising investor supervision and controlling the execution of works until the date of issuing the Final Payment Certificate, - conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperating with the Ordering Party in this respect, including, among others, with the Branch Director, Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch, - fulfilling the obligations arising from the procedures included in the applicable requirements/guidelines regarding investments co-financed from EU funds and the current procedures of the beneficiary of the Projects for FEnIKS (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective), - providing investor supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participating in Guarantee Inspections and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified during guarantee inspections, within the framework of the concluded Contract, - supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, - supervising the design work and works within the scope of Additional Tasks necessary to complete the Project, arising during the implementation of the Contract - awarded on the basis of the Public Procurement Law, - constant monitoring, management and resolution of matters related to the proper execution by individual Contractors, Contractor's documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant's Teams responsible for supervision of adjacent investments – as a result of which the Consultant will be required to develop principles and procedures for the proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works.
