A detailed description of the items of the order, the estimated quantity and requirements are presented in: Price and offer forms (Appendices No. 1÷3 to the Technical Specifications), List of parameters of required equipment and reagents for immunohistochemical IHC/ISH staining - 4 pieces (Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications), List of parameters of required equipment and reagents for histochemical staining (Appendix No. 5 to the Technical Specifications), which are an integral part of the Technical Specifications. 3. Requirements regarding the manner of order execution, in particular the rights and obligations of the Parties, principles of contract execution, acceptance of the subject of the order, provision of maintenance services, payment terms, liability of the Parties, and other terms of order execution are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Appendix No. 12 to the ToR. These documents constitute an integral part of the ToR. 4. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the subject of the order in the quantities specified in the Price and Offer Forms, which are an integral part of the ToR, for a period of 24 months. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of equivalent offers. 7. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into lots. Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers, as referred to in Article 7, item 15 of the Public Procurement Law. Reasons for not dividing the order: The subject of the order is the purchase of reagents for automated histochemical, immunohistochemical (IHC), and in situ hybridization (ISH) staining in an open or closed system, along with the lease of testing equipment for the Ordering Party's Clinical Pathology Department. The offered reagents should be compatible with the offered leased equipment. Dividing the order into parts would result in technical difficulties and the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors performing individual parts of the order, which could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order. 8. ORDER COMPLETION DATE: 1) The order completion period is 24 months from the date of the contract. 2) The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of amending the contract term if the entire subject of the contract is not completed within the contract period due to the execution of lower-priced orders.
