Failure to meet the above requirements minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 paragraph 1 item 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 6. The offered medical devices must be approved in Poland in accordance with applicable law and have documents confirming that an appropriate conformity assessment procedure has been carried out with the requirements specified in the Act on Medical Devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and be marked with the CE mark. with tender notice no. 668303-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
