The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor have a concluded and valid agreement, i.e. the so-called General Distribution Agreement with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as: DSO), under which it may sell electricity through the distribution network of this DSO to all facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. with tender notice no. 717993-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
