Supply of electricity for the needs of buildings and premises of Educational Units and Institutions

The Miasto Opole in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Supply of electricity for the needs of the buildings and premises of Educational Units and Institutions in Opole, specified in detail in Appendix 1 to this application. The estimated total amount of electricity during the sales period for all Educational Units and Institutions is 7,085,555.40 kWh = 7,085.5554 MWh Minimum scope of the order: 75% of individual electricity consumption forecasts. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026 item 43 as amended), in accordance with the implementing acts to this Act, as well as the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2026 item 795 as amended), principles specified in concessions, provisions of the Agreement, in accordance with the Sellers offer and other generally applicable provisions of law. All collection points are existing facilities, with metering and billing systems. The Seller will include in the offer price all costs related to the execution of the order, taking into account all taxes applicable in the Republic of Poland, including VAT. Order completion deadline: 24 months, no earlier than from 1 February 2027. The Ordering Party does not anticipate the orders referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 8 of the Law. List of declarations or documents submitted by the Contractor with the offer: 1) “Tender Offer” form, prepared based on the template constituting an appendix to the ToR. 2) Declaration of contractors jointly applying for the contract. Contractors jointly applying for the contract shall submit, together with their offer, a declaration specifying which construction works, supplies or services will be performed by individual contractors (art. 117 sec. 4 of the Law). A template of the declaration is attached to the ToR. 3) Declaration of the contractor/subcontractor jointly applying for the contract regarding the grounds for exclusion under art. 5K of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 and Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Act on special measures to counteract support for aggression in Ukraine and to protect national security, submitted under Article 125 paragraph 1 of the Law. A template of the declaration is attached to the ToR. 4) Power of attorney, if the Contractor has appointed a representative; a power of attorney is mandatory in the case of a consortium. 5) An extract or information from the National Court Register, the Central Registration and Information on Business, or other relevant register to confirm that the person acting on behalf of the Contractor is authorized to represent it – if the Contractor does not provide a website address or other publicly available, free database with the Contractors registration data in the "Tender Bid" form. 6) Document confirming payment of the bid security.
