The ordering party informs that all points of purchase are detailed in Attachment nr 2A SWZ (for Task nr 1) and Attachment nr 2B (for Task nr 2 SWZ) and those corresponding to Attachment nr 1 of the contract have úłady meządowo rozliczeniowe adapted to the changes of the seller. 7. Szczegółowo i warunki przyszący powiężny powięcy, wyczerpjuąco wymagnia zężę podwykonawstwa, specified Wzór Umowy (odpowiednio Załość nr 8A SWZ dla Zadania nr 1 i Załość nr 8B SWZ dla Zadanie nr 2). Postanowienia Wzoru Umowy takes into account the fact that the implementation of the contract is carried out in particular under the provisions of the law of 10 April 1997. Legal power (tj Dz.
