Delivery of each 1 piece The purchase of a hardware platform for the implementation of specialized training in the basic scope (the set shown in the table), described in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR, must be delivered to the organizational units of the State Treasury indicated in the procurement documents. 5. The detailed scope of services, the method of contract execution, and the contractor's obligations are specified in the following documents: - Appendix No. 4 to the ToR, i.e. the Description of the Subject Matter of the Procurement (abbreviated as OPZ), and - Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, i.e. the Draft Contract Provisions, together with appendices. 6. Purchase carried out as part of the Project entitled: "Increasing the effectiveness of conducting long-term rescue operations - stage II." 7. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the procurement in accordance with the scope and requirements indicated in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Procurement constituting Appendix No. 4 to this ToR, with applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, and the draft contract provisions, as well as with due diligence. 8. Procedural information: The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. The Ordering Party does not intend to convene a meeting of the Contractors. The Contracting Authority does not require an on-site inspection or verification by the contractor of documents necessary to perform the contract available on-site at the contracting authority's premises. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate selecting the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. The Contracting Authority does not intend to conclude a framework agreement. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate reimbursement of costs in the proceedings. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks in accordance with Articles 60 and 121 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority does not require or allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues or the attachment of electronic catalogues to offers. The Contracting Authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of the persons referred to in Article 96, paragraph 2, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only for contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act.
