The Ordering Party does not intend to award contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 12. The Ordering Party does not intend to exercise the option right. 13. The hardware and software constituting the subject of the contract must be approved for trading and use in the Republic of Poland and meet the relevant requirements specified in the OPZ. 14. The Ordering Party hereby informs that, in accordance with art. 91 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, it is awarding the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate contract award procedure. This contract is the first of the planned open tender procedures for the supply of medical devices in 2026. with tender notice no. 668424-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
