The Ordering Party requires that all offered products have a shelf life of at least 12 months, counted from the date of delivery to the Ordering Partys registered office. 6. The quantities of products provided in the unit price form are indicative, and the Ordering Party has the right to order smaller quantities, but not less than 60% of the contract/task value. 7. The order consists of one task, which includes the delivery of pharmaceutical raw materials - a homogeneous group of products. 8. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers. 9. The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers. 10.
