Supply of reagents and consumables for the immunohistochemistry and genetics laboratories, along with equipment rental

The Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of complete sets of reagents and accessories, along with the loan and lease of in vitro diagnostic equipment designed for the automation of immunohistochemical tests and the isolation of genetic material, hereinafter referred to as "products." 2. The type, minimum parameters, and quantities of reagent kits are specified in the assortment and pricing form constituting Appendix No. 1.1-1.2 to the Offer Form, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. 3. The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery of complete sets of reagents and accessories, along with the free loan of one device for the isolation of genetic material. The Contractor is obligated to deliver a brand new device with the parameters specified in Appendix No. 6.1 to the ToR. The subject of the order also includes its commissioning and the provision of operating instructions to persons designated by the Ordering Party, within a timeframe agreed with the Ordering Party, pursuant to the terms specified in the sample loan agreement constituting Appendix No. 2.1 to the ToR. 2) Delivery of complete sets of reagents and accessories, along with the lease of one in vitro diagnostic device for the automation of immunohistochemical tests to the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obligated to deliver a brand new device with the parameters specified in Appendix No. 6.2 to the Technical Specifications. The subject of the order also includes its commissioning and the provision of operating instructions to persons designated by the Ordering Party within a timeframe agreed with the Ordering Party, pursuant to the terms specified in the lease agreement template constituting Appendix No. 2.2 to the Technical Specifications. 4. The Ordering Party also requires the full implementation, installation, configuration, and integration of the delivered in vitro diagnostic devices for the automation of immunohistochemical tests and the isolation of genetic material with the Ordering Party's IT systems, as well as the provision, as part of the contractual remuneration, of appropriate licenses, if necessary, for the proper transfer of data from the designated device to the Ordering Party's specialized systems.
