The Ordering Party: a) does not conduct proceedings aimed at concluding a framework agreement, b) does not anticipate settlement with the Contractor in foreign currencies, c) does not anticipate conducting an electronic auction, d) does not anticipate submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogues, e) does not anticipate granting advance payments for the performance of the contract, f) does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers, g) does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only for Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act, h) due to the subject matter of the contract, does not impose requirements related to the performance of the contract, referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act, i) does not anticipate requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Article 96 sec. 2 item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, j) does not anticipate conducting an on-site inspection at the place of delivery of the subject matter of the contract, k) pursuant to Article 138 sec. 2 item 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shortens the deadline for submitting offers, but not shorter than 15 days from the date of submission of the contract notice to the Publications Office of the European Union. The Contracting Authority is obliged to provide clarifications immediately, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for submitting offers in the case referred to in Art. 138 item 2 item 2 (in the case of a shortened deadline for submitting offers), provided that the request for clarification of the content of the Specifications of Essential Terms of Contract was received by the Contracting Authority no later than 7 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be incorporated into the concluded contract, constitute Annex 2, 2a to the Specifications of Essential Terms of Contract. Contract completion deadline: by 18 December 2026. The Contractor will be bound by its offer for a period of 90 calendar days. The first day of the offer validity period is the deadline for submitting offers.The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. If the subject of the contract is to be executed using subcontractors, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate the parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the proposed subcontractor companies (Part II, Section D of the ESPD document) – if known to the Contractor at this stage; further - point 8 of the ToR. The Ordering Party: a) does not require a deposit; b) does not require the Contractor to provide a performance security. The Ordering Party has specified the conditions for participation in the procedure - see point 7.1.4 of the ToR.
