SZP/243-239/2026 Delivery of a storage server cluster as part of the needs of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology

The Wrocław University of Science and Technology in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a cluster of storage servers as part of the needs of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The Ordering Party declares that the subject of the order was co-financed from the funds of the "Projects": - PRIORITY 2 OF THE PROGRAM EUROPEAN FUNDS FOR MODERN ECONOMY 2021-2027 (FENG, Priority 2.4)) - ACTRIS Project (Aerosols, Clouds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure) on the basis of funding agreement no. FENG.02.04-IP.04-0008/24-00, hereinafter referred to as "ACTRIS-PL Project – Infrastructure for research on aerosols, clouds and trace gases (ACTRIS-PL 2) - Competition - FENG.02.04-IP.04-001/24, track for projects with PMIB. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ – OPZ, respectively. 3. The detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, can be found in the agreement template, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 4. CPV code: 48820000-2 Servers. 5. Implementation of the subject of the Agreement within the basic/optional scope will take place within 4 months of sending the Order. Implementation of the subject of the Agreement within the scope of options will take place successively over a period of up to 5 months, counting from the date of signing the Agreement by the Parties, in accordance with the detailed needs of the Ordering Party, specified each time in the ToR. Submission of the order(s) (within the basic scope and within the scope of options) will take place within 1 month from the date of signing the Agreement. Details regarding the deadline and conditions for implementation of the subject of the order can be found in the agreement template, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 6. In accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows for the cancellation of the proceedings in question if the funds which the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order have not been granted. 7. The Ordering Party allows for the application of the so-called reverse procedure, referred to in Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e., the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then select the Contractor whose offer received the highest score, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 8. The Contractor is bound by its offer from the deadline for submitting offers until 04/01/2027 (no longer than 90 days). with tender notice no. 687065-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
