Loan conditions: Loan characteristics: - loan in PLN - funds will be made available by the bank from December 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026 up to PLN 6,447,171.52 - loan period from December 10, 2026 to December 31, 2045 - variable interest rate based on WIBOR 3M - grace period for loan repayment until March 30, 2027 - repayment of the loan principal in quarterly installments, first installment on March 31, 2027, last installment on December 31, 2045 - ongoing interest payment on the amount of the currently used loan on a quarterly basis, first payment on December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2045 (interest for the actual number of days (in leap years, February has 29 days) - interest calculation assuming that a year has 365 days and 366 days in leap years - loan disbursement - by bank transfer, executed upon the Borrowers payment order - loan security - a blank promissory note with the clauses "without protest" and "without endorsement" together with a promissory note declaration. Interest is calculated according to the 3M WIBOR rate plus the banks margin. If the loan and interest repayment date falls on a public holiday or is not a bank business day, the repayment date is the first business day after the holiday. The Ordering Party reserves the right to disburse the loan in an amount lower than PLN 6,447,171.52. The loan cannot be charged with other fees and commissions (i.e. arrangement fee, early repayment fee, etc.). 4.
