The scope of the contract includes: 1) Design of: a) extension of the "D" class municipal road, Sportowa Street, on the section from the intersection with Niepodległości Street (with improved intersection parameters) to the intersection with Spółdzielcza (with improved intersection parameters) with a total length of approx. 600m, as a single-carriageway, two-lane road – with a lane width of 2.25m (specified for difficult conditions in this road class), with a bituminous surface, with shoulders: dirt/reinforced 0.75m wide and hardened with concrete or bituminous surface 1.0m wide, with permitted local narrowing at the height of properties 10/11A - 12/11B, b) construction and reconstruction of ul. Rekreacyjna as a municipal road in class "D" (in accordance with the drawing attachment) with the construction of the intersection of ul. Rekreacyjna with ul. Niepodległości, c) reconstruction of existing exits and accesses, d) reconstruction of the lighting network, e) construction of a storm water sewage network (KD), taking into account connecting the drainage of existing properties, f) construction of a service canal, g) reconstruction and securing of conflicting underground, ground-level and above-ground utilities networks, h) division of properties due to the necessary interference with plots adjacent to the road right-of-way, i) permanent traffic organization within the entire area of ​​​​the investment impact, including traffic calming elements; 2) Taking into account – for the approval of the design concept – the designed intersections, exits and accesses, including those provided for in the local spatial development plan; 3) Preparation (preparation, development) of all documentation, as well as obtaining all decisions, resolutions, projects, opinions, consents and agreements - necessary for the proper execution of the Order and the proper construction of the investment in question, in particular: - extracts and drawings from the local spatial development plan, - extracts from the land register, - maps for design purposes based on the current base map, - technical conditions for the reconstruction or protection of conflicting utilities, - opinions of the Regional Mining Authority on the design conditions in the area affected by mining operations, - geological and engineering documentation, - water law reports, - decisions - water law permits, - Project Information Sheets/reports on the environmental impact of the project, necessary to obtain a decision on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the project, - decisions on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the project, - dendrological inventory of the existing trees and shrubs, prepared on the basis of applicable legal regulations, - tree and shrub felling plan. conflicting with the investment and the replacement planting plan,- consents for deviations from technical and construction regulations; 4) Agreement by the Contractor on the design documentation, in accordance with the competences of the agreeing entities; 5) Preparation of Agreements on behalf of the Investor (Ordering Party); 6) Preparation of a complete construction design and separate technical implementation designs for each of the required industries; 7) Preparation of property division designs; 8) Preparation, in accordance with applicable regulations, of an application for a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) and obtaining this decision; 9) Preparation of an inventory of existing facilities and existing land development, together with detailed height measurements of the area to the extent necessary for the proper preparation of the design documentation; 10) Exercise of authorial supervision over the implementation of the entire project, including industry supervision and related documentation, necessary for the proper implementation of the construction project carried out on the basis of the prepared design documentation. with tender notice no. 708069-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
